Introduction: I did this assignment in technical communication. In this assignment, I joined a group of three. As a group, we choose to write a proposal to the PMU management to open an international cuisine restaurant that suit everybody in this university.

 

Reflection: I learned from this assignment, how to write a proper proposal that can persuade. I learned everything that I need to make a good and clear requirement to take the lawn.

 

  1. Cover latter for job

 

Introduction: I did this assignment in technical communication. In this assignment I made a cover letter job, this letter has the most basic information about me.

 

Reflection: I learned from this assignment how to make a good letter that has the most wanted information about me. I learned so many words and phrases from this assignment that can help me to get the job and make me a professional in the job in future.

 

3. Complain letter

 

Introduction: I did this assignment in technical communication. In this assignment I made a complain letter to Sony.

 

Reflection: I learned from this assignment that when I make complain letter, I have to be polite and specific about the problem or enhancement. I learned that by making complain letter is better than call them and state the problem, because in letter they cannot ignore the issue.

 

4. Technical manual

 

Introduction: I did this assignment in technical communication. In this assignment we were a group of 5 people, and we did a technical Manuel about restaurant.

 

Reflection: I learned from this assignment that before I make any business I have to make a technical manual. In this Manuel we need to state every possible thing we need for example, how many tables and chairs. It is very important to state the cost and the standards for the business.
