  1. Leadership is a behavior

 

Introduction: I did this presentation in Leadership & Teamwork in summer. This presentation was about the trait of leadership. In this presentation, we choose to talk about the behavior.

 

Reflection: I learned from this assignment that behaviour is one of the most important trait to the leader. I learn that this is what the leader do when he/she in a leadership position.

 

  1. Vladimir Putin

 

Introduction: I did the essay in Leadership & Teamwork. This essay was about a research of current leaders. I choose to wright about Vladimir Putin and I wrote about his background and his presidency.

 

Reflection: I learned from this essay that it is not easy to become a leader. In order to become a leader you have to go through many things and gain experience to become a great leader. Hard days can skull your characteristic and build your personality.

 

3. Understanding leadership

 

Introduction: I did the assignment in Leadership & Teamwork course. This assignment was about every person can be leader. And does the person come to life naturally leader?

 

Reflection: this assignment helped me to improve my week points when I deal with other people. This assignment improved my thinking of group work, and the need of a leader in every group to guide and steer.

 

4. Am I a leader?

 

Introduction: I did the assignment in Leadership & Teamwork course. This assignment was individual presentation. Everyone must talk about himself and explain if you see yourself as a leader.

 

Reflection: this assignment opened my mind when I asked myself am I a leader, because I found out my weakness and my strength. Since I knew my strength I found the things that suit me and satisfying my skills.
